酚醛壓塊和固定塊是多繩摩擦式提升機(jī)摩擦輪上用來固定摩擦襯墊的兩個(gè)重要零件，酚醛塑料產(chǎn)品耐熱性好、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、電絕緣性和耐高溫蠕變性優(yōu)良、成型加工性好，特別是具有良好阻燃性、因而在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用，改善了鋁合金材料加工鑄造工序繁雜、材料費(fèi)用高、安裝困難等問題。
Phenolic briquetting and fixed block are two important parts used to fix friction liner for friction wheel of multi-rope friction hoist. The phenolic aldehyde plastic products have good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, good electric insulation and resistance to high temperature creep, easy to mold, especially with good flame retardatory, so it is widely applied in various fields. It improves the aluminum alloy material processing complex casting process, and the high cost of materials, as well as installation difficulties and other issues.
